Thanks for your comment, Kim. I'm so glad you are enjoying my newsletters. I agree with you, it is not easy to release the fears that keep us from where we want to be. Our ego fights to keep our fears and limiting beliefs in check; often defending, dismissing, denying and distracting us from moving forward. To live a "bigger life", we must recognize and address our limiting beliefs to let go of our small stories, yet to do this we must be able to see them for what they are. That's where is it helpful to have someone in our life who can help us see what we believe to be "real"..ego lies that are keeping us small. From my heart to yours ~ Cindy

Hi Cindy. Just wanted you to know I'm still enjoying your newsletters. Yes, uncovering those fears can be sooooo difficult sometimes. We are all creative masters but so much of our creative energies go into "protecting" ourselves from the truth. Revealing these truths to ourselves can be liberating but it's not always easy to let go of the barriers we have built around ourselves. Keep up the good work. Kim

Hi Anne,
Thanks for your comment. Yes, sometimes we have to do things that may not bring immediate happiness such as go to the dentist or to a job that may not be much fun. Yet it's not the immediate gratification we are measuring here. It is checking in with the long-term happiness/fulfillment that's important. How much happiness will this choice give me in the bigger picture?
Another question might be, "Why am I making this choice?" If it's just for the money, it will probably not bring long-term happiness as money cannot bring lasting happiness. If in fact, the job or structure for making money is never going to give you lasting fulfillment/happiness, then I suggest you ask yourself what form of generating income will. There are many ways of earning money. Finding one that resonates with your Soul is much more fulfilling and fun than doing it because you "have to".
In gratitude,
Cindy

My heart goes out to you Guida. Sometimes life can come crumbling down and it's difficult to know how to get back up. I'm so glad you reached out. Here are a few suggestions to help get you through the other side:
1. Remember, this too shall pass. Say it out loud and affirm, "My life gets better every day".
2. Feel your authentic emotions. Watch for being a victim, blaming others or self pity as this will keep you stuck in drama. Just feel "clean" emotions such as anger and sadness...ones without dialog. Feel and release, feel and release. There is nothing like a good rant or cry, just don't watch you don't dip into self pity or victim.
3. Give attention to what you can be grateful for today. Two legs to stand on, a roof over your head, or your health may seem insignificant today but it's only after we loose them that we notice how important they are. Give gratitude and appreciation for what you DO have today.
4. After you have done the above, it will be easier to ground yourself in what you DESIRE. IMAGINE the preferred life you do desire. Spend 10 minutes every day being in the future or your desire. Engage your senses as you IMAGINE what it will be like when you are there...feel your emotions and loved ones around you, hear the words being said and the laughter, see the sights, smell the smells, etc. Then EXPECT, this or something better with harm to none.
All the best to you and your son,
Cindy Prosor

My 2011 ended badly......and 2012 started badly. I lost my job in 2011....and now have absolutely no money in the bank. My son had a terrible car accident on January 5, 2012....and he lost his job in October.....and was given 60 days to move out of his apartment along with others.

I feel like I am missing the graciousness of living in a positive circle.
